How this website handles information.

Project inquiries

The contact form uses the details you provide to respond to your request and discuss an engagement. Please submit only unclassified, non-confidential information. Inquiries are delivered through Resend to our Google Workspace mailbox; the website analytics do not record your name, email address, or message.

Bot protection

The live form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. Verification is checked on the server before an inquiry can be sent. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Website measurement

When enabled, our own reporting tool counts page views, contact-link clicks, checklist downloads, form starts, and accepted inquiries. It uses no analytics cookies or browser storage and does not send analytics to an advertising service.

To estimate visitors within a day, the server creates a keyed hash from the date, network address, and browser user agent. The report stores this daily hash, the raw IP address, and approximate country and state/region when available from Cloudflare. Raw user agents are not stored. IP addresses may recur across dates, but shared networks and changing addresses mean they do not identify unique people. Location estimates describe a network connection and can be affected by VPNs or corporate gateways; we do not request device GPS access. Referrals are grouped into source categories; URL query strings and referral paths are not retained.

Analytics requests that signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. We also filter likely bots, crawlers, link previews, monitoring tools, and automation clients; this filtering cannot detect every automated visit. Reports cover up to 90 days; older data is removed by an hourly cleanup job. Reports are protected by Cloudflare Access using approved identities. Analytics are stored in Cloudflare D1.

Hosting and operational records

The hosting provider may maintain separate access and security logs. The contact service also uses temporary network-address hashes to limit submission attempts. These operational records are separate from the website reporting tool.
